Lizzi Milligan

Graduate School of Education, University of Bristol, UK

A second year doctoral student working in the field of International and Comparative Education, Lizzi’s research concerns the Free Secondary Education Policy in Kenya and explores to what extent the policy reflects local priorities in the context of international agendas. Until recently, she served on the management committee of a small educational NGO which works in the Kisii and Kakamega regions of Western Kenya.

Lizzi is currently a Student Representative for BAICE, the British Association for International and Comparative Education.
